Our Outdoor Group sessions take place in beautiful, wild locations like the forest or beach, offering a nourishing mix of breathwork, gentle meditation, sound healing, somatic movement, or even a refreshing cold dip (weather permitting!). Each session is shaped by the season, the setting, and the needs of the group, with full details shared in advance. A calm, uplifting way to reset your system and share space with like-minded folk.
